What started as a gift for serving her community grew into a business rooted in faith, creativity, and Southern hospitality. Known for her eye for elegance and heart for people, Ms. Te brings prayer, cultural understanding, and personalized attention to every event she designs. As a Black female entrepreneur serving Suffolk and Hampton Roads, she believes every celebration—big or small—deserves those unforgettable spotlight moments that make guests feel truly special.
